BRUCE RUBENSTEIN has published hundreds of true crime stories in weeklies and magazines. He has won the Minnesota State Arts Council award for fiction. His short story "Smoke Got In My Eyes", written for the AKASHIC Books anthology, "Twin Cities Noir", was nominated for the Shamus award. His short fiction has appeared in Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine. His novel, Smoke, published by Calumet books, is available through Amazon.
    His recently released book, "The Rockwell Heist" (Borealis Press) chronicles the theft and recovery of seven Norman Rockwell paintings and one fake Renoir.
